Sharee Morse
Sharee Morse has spent a lifetime immersed in creativity—from the classroom to the corporate world to the artist’s studio. With a degree in education and art, Sharee began their career teaching art, sparking young imaginations and cultivating an early appreciation for visual expression.
That passion evolved into entrepreneurship with the founding of Morse & Company Advertising, a design-forward marketing firm with offices in Michigan City, Chicago, and Indianapolis. Over the course of 25 successful years, the company built a distinguished reputation, earning more than 200 national and international design awards for its bold, strategic work.
After retiring from the business world, Sharee returned full circle to hands-on art making—this time with a focus on impasto painting. Her richly textured canvases reflect decades of creative insight, celebrating texture, color, emotion, and the enduring power of art.
Original Pet Portraits
We all LOVE our Fur Babies so very much that I decided to paint my own babies on canvas! Since then many people wanted me to also put their dogs forever on canvas. They wanted to have their pets saved and hanging as a painting in their home. So I began painting Custom Dog Portraits, from the reference photos that you text or email me. Since I can't meet your pup in person, I count on you to take a few photos that best show me your dog's personality!
My paintings are NOT digital. They are completely original and painted with acrylic paint on high quality stretched canvas. The paintings are in the Impasto Style, which is heavy textural painting. The paint on my paintings has built up layers of paint to show fur!

My fee is $150 for one pet in the painting and $185 for 2 pets in the painting.
